Daily
Rates.
Daily rates are for one or two people and include lodging only. Meal plans
are available at additional cost. Maximum of two persons in a room and
four persons in a suite. For more than two persons in a suite, add $30
each. All rates are in U.S. Dollars and subject to a service charge of
10% and government tax of 7%. We require a 50% deposit by credit card
for confirmed reservations. Full payment at the time of booking is required
for up to two nights stay.

Meal Plans:
For the Full American Plan (FAP) that includes lodging, breakfast, lunch,
and dinner, add $70 per person a day. For the Modified American Plan (MAP)
that includes lodging, breakfast and dinner, add $50 per person a day.
For Breakfast Plan add $14 per person per day.

Explore Tortola
Package
Perfect for those who would like to have some
quiet time at Lambert Beach before setting out to explore the sights
and sounds of Tortola by jeep. See Road Town, the government hub of
the British Virgin Islands, where shops display local crafts, and visit
the botanical gardens and National Park. A jeep can be included in package for any three consecutive days of your visit (please note: taxes
and insurance to be paid directly to the rental company). Meals are
optional and additional.
Family
Package Six Days/Five Nights
This package is perfect for the family who wants
to spend a vacation at a fabulous beach resort on an exciting island.
Two connecting rooms are provided in this package, one Beach Front and
the other Garden View, each with its own spacious bath and patio. The
children can be nearby, and you can have a little privacy at the same
time. This package gives you five nights for the price of four. The
maximum number of persons in one room is three.

Apartments
With the intent of catering to all needs Lambert Beach Resort has developed
a new type of villa that includes fully furnished and fully equipped apartments
and studios. Daily maid service and change of linen are provided by the
hotel. Meals can be cooked at home, though the gourmet restaurant is always
there for a conventional meal plan or a special night at the beach terrace.
All hotel services and sport facilities are available.
These accommodations are located either at the foot of the hill, or by
the swimming pool or, last but not least, beach front.

RESERVATIONS
Guests can only take advantage of one room rate promotional per stay. In order to confirm a reservation a deposit is
required. For up to two nights we require 100% deposit, for a staying
of three or more nights the reservation must be confirmed by a 50% deposit
by credit card authorization. For the Peak period full payment is required
at the time of booking. The resort does not accept reservations of less
than 3 days during the winter season unless the booking is less than
15 days prior to arrival.
Package Deposits: All Package Plans require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Tax & Service Charges: All rates and packages are subject to a government tax of 7% and service charge of 10%.

Cancellation Policy:
Except for a $50 non-refundable processing charge,
deposits are refundable upon receipt of written notice of cancellation
30 days or more prior to arrival date. No refund is possible if the cancellation
is within 30 days from the arrival date.
Settlement of Accounts: Cash, traveller's checks, Visa and Master Card are acceptable means of settling accounts prior to departure.
Check-in/check-out times: Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
Currency: The United States Dollar.
Electricity: 110 volts, 60 cycles.
Children of all ages are welcome. Baby-sitting can be arranged and a playground is near the pool.
Transportation: Tortola is reached by frequent scheduled flights from both San Juan, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Taxis are available to take you from Beef Island Airport (EIS) to our resort. Rental/Hire cars are also available.
Proof of Citizenship: Guests are advised to carry valid passports for clearing British Virgin Islands Immigration and Customs services and for re-entry to their countries of origin.
Dress: Informal. Bathing suits with cover-ups or sport clothes are the norm for breakfast and lunch on the dining terrace. Casual summer evening clothes, sport shirts and slacks are appropriate for dinner.
